Senior Test Engineer/Supervisor

Lead testing for wire harnesses and LRUs, manage ATE and vibration testing, troubleshoot complex systems, and supervise a small test team. Must have 5+ years of relevant experience and strong knowledge of IPC 610/620 and J-STD 001.

• Key Job Duties - Testing Leadership:
• Lead and oversee the testing processes for wire harnesses and LRUs, ensuring all systems meet stringent aerospace and military standards.
• Operate and manage Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to verify system performance and functionality.
• Plan and conduct vibration testing to validate the durability and reliability of components.
  
• Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance:
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with wire harness and LRU systems during testing.
• Ensure all testing aligns with IPC 610/620, J-STD 001 standards, and other relevant industry requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of test results and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a DoD/Military Contractor Company, Aerospace, Automotive, Industrial and/or Medical
2. 7-10 Years of Testing Electrical/Mechanical Systems
3. Experience as a Supervisor/Leading Teams
4. BS in Electrical Engineering
5. Located in Orange County, CA or w/i commutable distance
